 Recipe: Chicken Keema Palak

Try this easy to make and healthy chicken recipe. Made with spinach and oats, this is an easy lunch recipe.
Ingredients:
300g chicken mince
300g baby spinach, washed and chopped
75g Saffola Masala Classic Masala Oats
100g onion, finely chopped
100g fresh tomato puree
1 green chilli, finally chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon Saffola Oil
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera
1 tablespoon ginger, julienne
Onion rings and coriander leaves to serve
Method:
Dry roast oats in a pan for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, and keep it aside
 
Wash spinach leaves in a big pot of water to clean it thoroughly and chop it. Keep it aside.
Heat the oil in the pan and saute onion and ginger garlic paste in it until light brown.
Add all the whole spices and ground spices and pureed tomatoes.
Cook on medium heat till water is dried. Add minced meat, stir well and cook covered on medium heat for 4 minutes.
 
Now add chopped spinach and 1 cup of water, mix well and cook it covered for 5 minutes more
Add roasted oats now, cook for 3-4 minutes more.
 
Remove the lid mix in garam masala powder. and finely chopped green chilis. Serve it hot garnished with fresh green coriander leaves, slit green chilli, ginger julienne and lemon juice
